Red leather jewelry box surface is smooth with embossed design of a lady with a deer story on top, button in front to close.
Both have mirror inside.

In Shantiniketan leather products are made at Amar Kutir, Shantiniketan and surrounding areas at Bolpur-Shantiniketan, Birbhum, West Bengal, India. Mostly rural local women work in this leather craft units. The products are made up of E. I. Leather (East India Leather) from sheepskin and goatskin. On tanned leather, colored embossed artwork done with vegetable dye.
